Immerse yourself in live sessions on Zoom, where we'll explore the fusion of yoga and conscious cannabis use and discover the therapeutic harmony between mind, body, and soul.

Each week we will explore 3 different styles of Canna Yoga: Indica Chill, Sativa Sweat + Herbal Yin Yoga which allows you to uncover what aligns perfectly with your journey.


Week 1:  Beginners Indica Chill

In this session, you will move at a deliberate pace in connection with your breath to fortify your strength, stamina, and confidence. Not only will you refine your awareness of your body, you’ll also learn common Yoga poses, increase flexibility + gain a solid foundation for a more informed practice.

Week 2: Beginners Sativa Sweat

A beginner friendly vinyasa-based class that establishes a harmonious connection between breath and movement.  Featuring heat building sun salutations, standing sequences, peak postures, and a chill cooldown. This class is tailored to make postures approachable, empowering you to embrace your practice at your own rhythm. 


Week 3: Beginners Herbal Yin 

A very enriching and gentle class that profoundly delves into your connective tissue (fascia) primarily through seated passive poses sustained for 2-5 minutes. Utilizing props for support facilitates the poses +  allows you to gradually immerse yourself into sensation. Experience deep stretches and reflective moments, allowing the holistic synergy of Canna Yoga to guide you towards balance and well-being.
